We collect personal information you give us directly when you enquire about our services. This includes:

  • Your phone number
  • The suburb or location of your project
  • Details about your project the type of space, approximate wall size, your intended timeframe, and whether you already have artwork or a design
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message to us


We collect this information when you:

  • Submit the enquiry form on our website
  • Submit an enquiry form shown within a Facebook or Instagram advertisement
  • Contact us by phone, email, or social media
  • Meet with us for a consultation or site assessment

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and we do not ask for it. Please do not send us sensitive information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • Prepare a quote or proposal for your project
  • Arrange a consultation or site assessment
  • Communicate with you about a project we are delivering for you
  • Keep records of our business dealings with you

Marketing

We will only send you marketing communications if you have agreed to receive them. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@wallluxsystems.com.au, and we will action your request promptly.

Responding to your enquiry is not marketing if you ask us for a quote, we will contact you about that quote.

Enquiries submitted through Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

If you submit an enquiry form shown inside one of our advertisements, your responses are first collected by Meta and made available to us through Meta’s advertising tools. Meta’s handling of your information is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy, which you can read at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/. We retrieve your enquiry from Meta and then handle it in accordance with this policy.

We do not sell your information to Meta or to anyone else.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our  website host, email provider, and the advertising platforms described above These providers only handle your information to provide services to us.
  • Contractors or installers engaged on your specific project, where it is necessary to deliver the work you have asked us to do.
  • Anyone else you have authorised us to share it with. 
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are required or authorised by law to do so.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the providers we rely on store information on servers outside Australia. In particular, Meta Platforms, Inc. is based in the United States, and enquiries submitted through Facebook or Instagram advertisements may be stored overseas.

Where we disclose your information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately.
